தனியுரிமைக் கொள்கை (சுருக்கம்)

முன்பதிவுகளை நிர்வகிக்க உங்கள் பெயர், தொலைபேசி இலக்கம், (விரும்பினால்) மின்னஞ்சல் மற்றும் முன்பதிவு விபரங்களை மட்டுமே சேகரிக்கிறோம். நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்யும் சலூன் மட்டுமே இவற்றைப் பார்க்கும். உங்கள் தரவை விற்பதோ விளம்பரதாரர்களுடன் பகிர்வதோ இல்லை. உங்கள் இருப்பிடம், தொடர்புகள், புகைப்படங்களை நாம் சேகரிப்பதில்லை. எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் உங்கள் கணக்கை நீக்கலாம். முழுமையான கொள்கை கீழே ஆங்கிலத்தில் உள்ளது; இரண்டுக்கும் இடையில் வேறுபாடு இருந்தால் ஆங்கிலப் பதிப்பே செல்லுபடியாகும்.

Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026. This policy covers the FixMy Barber app ("Barber") and barber.ideafactory.lk, operated by Idea Factory, Sri Lanka.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address, so shops know who is coming and can contact you about your booking.
• Your bookings: shop, barber, service, time, price and any notes you add.
• A push notification token from your device, used only to send booking confirmations, changes and reminders.

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or payment card details, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Who sees it

The shop and barber you book with see your name, phone number and booking details. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) and Google Firebase (for notifications) process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you use it. When you delete your account, we remove your name, phone number and email immediately. Booking records are kept without your personal details so shops can keep accurate accounts.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and are never visible to us or to shops.

Your choices

You can edit your details in the app under Profile, or delete your account at any time.
